What is PASS?

The Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (PASS) is the result of the 2001 merger of the Plymouth County Board of REALTORS® and the South Shore Association of REALTORS®.  The jurisdiction of the Association assigned by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) includes the towns of Braintree, Carver, Cohasset, Duxbury, Halifax, Hanover, Hanson, Hingham, Hull, Kingston, Marshfield, Norwell, Pembroke, Plymouth, Plympton, Quincy, Scituate and Weymouth.

PASS is the second largest REALTOR® Association in Massachusetts with a membership of over 2,000 REALTOR® Members and over 70 Affiliate members.  The Association provides members with a wide-range of services including education and professional standards all with a view towards benefiting REALTORS® as well as property owners and purchasers. 

Association activities are governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Board establishes policies and programs to meet the needs of its members.  The Board of Directors is organized annually with the election of Officers and Directors and is governed by the Association’s Bylaws.  They are assisted in their undertakings by various Committees that provide advice and counsel to the Board. 

The mission of the Plymouth and South Shore Association of REALTORS® is to provide its members the resources to deliver the highest level of professional service to their customers and clients.
